The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, breads, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit) was pretty good. They had an onsite laundry that was $2 (coins) per use and there is a room by the front desk with quick grab food items (microwave food, drinks, snacks, basic supplies, etc.). There is a drink station (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) by the front desk that is available 24/7. If you were staying for an extended stay the room had a good size fridge. We didn't use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but it's always a bonus when that option exists. The staff were very friendly and it is a pet friendly hotel.

I also requested an early check in because we were traveling with a five month old baby and tried to reach the main desk by phone as they requested--they left me waiting on the phone without answering for over five minutes so I had to drive to the location only to learn they would or could not accomodate early check in.

Staff were amazing and accommodating. Pool was open till 10pm. They had a full BBQ setup by the pool and we enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was great. Good selection. My kids said it was the best hotel they ever stayed in. Late checkout - no problem. Nothing we asked for or did was a problem. It was such a relaxed atmosphere we could actually enjoy the trip.
